This picturesque spot is a great place to pause and capture the stunning scenery. However, it's important to note that it's not exactly a traditional beach. Despite appearing in searches for beautiful beaches nearby, it's not the type of place where you can sink your toes into soft sand and take a dip in the water. Instead, it's a rocky area with signs warning against swimming due to the strong currents and lack of lifeguards. While it may not be ideal for a day of lounging on the shore, it's certainly a spot worth visiting for its natural beauty. There is limited parking available in the form of small turnouts every 100 meters or so, making it more of a photo opportunity or inspiration point. The dirt road that leads to the rocky shore is reminiscent of a cliff, adding to the rugged charm of the area. Despite the lack of traditional beach amenities, I was able to capture some truly stunning photos. It's worth noting that, like much of Sant'Antioco in Sardegna, the area can be quite windy with strong gusts.
