As soon as we arrived, it was evident that we were not welcome. The two waitresses seemed overwhelmed, impolite, and continuously ignored us. They refused to take our drink order, and when we went back to the bar, they insisted that we sit down. We then proceeded to the dining table, where we requested one close to the water's edge. However, we were informed that those tables were reserved and we had to wait for menus for another 15 minutes, despite asking for them. The delay was so long that the people who were initially seated by the water left, and the waitresses offered that table to others who arrived after us and had no reservation. To make matters worse, three of the dishes on the menu were unavailable, including their vongole, which was made with frozen shrimp. The portions were small and excessively greasy. The only saving grace was a delightful tiramisu. The wine bottle we had selected was not in stock, so they suggested a similar one. However, they mistakenly opened a more expensive bottle and only realized their error afterwards. Fortunately, they did not charge us for the pricier wine. Overall, the place had a nice ambiance, decent cocktails, but disappointing food and terrible service. I would only consider returning if absolutely necessary.
