This beach was a great spot to spend the day by the lake. Parking cost €2 and admission was €9.

4 Frustrating

The parking attendant was incredibly rude and uneducated. When I politely asked if I could park in the shade, he just pointed to a spot like I was a pet! When I confronted him, he said he hadn't heard me say please. We decided to go to a different beach and won't be returning to this one, even though the beach itself is quite nice. Additionally, the staff at the entrance tried to get us to buy a season card, even though the season is almost over and they had said it wasn't necessary the week before. It felt like a money-making scam.

I had nothing to complain about. The seafood was delicious and the pizzas were great. The service was excellent. Sitting right by the lake made it a great spot to bring the kids. I'll definitely be back.

The location was great, but I wasn't too impressed with the appetizers. The rest of the meal was really good though. It's a great spot to visit during the summer, with the option to dine outdoors while your kids play on the grassy area near the lake.

The members beach club on the shore of Lago di Monate offers a pleasant atmosphere, with a bar and restaurant/pizzeria on the premises. There are sports courts for football, basketball, and volleyball, with equipment available for rent. Kayaks, pedalos, and plastic 'table' floats can also be rented. The staff are friendly and multilingual. Parking is available, but the area can get crowded, especially on Sundays. BBQ areas can be hired for larger gatherings, and there are changing rooms, toilets, and showers that are kept clean.
