Sandals Beach

The resort is expensive but absolutely incredible. The journey to get there takes over an hour and a half, which can be challenging after a long day of travel. However, the resort itself is stunning. We were particularly enchanted by the peacocks and other beautiful animals. One downside is the cost of the photos they offer, which are $20 each. It feels like a money grab, and I would recommend not having them take your photos. We ended up spending $140 on just 7 photos, which felt like a total waste of money.

Given the price we paid for our resort, our expectations were high. I was disappointed when I informed both the butler and the Sandals representative that we required halal food. It wasn't ready for us on the first day, and it took until halfway through the second day to be prepared. There was a lot of back and forth involved. Additionally, the activity sheet provided by the butler was inaccurate. We would go to the listed location at the specified time, only to find no activity taking place. I expected more accurate information from the butler. Overall, we had a good time. The food was good, the activities were enjoyable, and the people were nice. However, given the luxury status and high prices of the resort, we expected an even better experience. I'm not sure if I would return.

The resort and rooms were in excellent shape and meticulously maintained. The service was satisfactory, although there were a few team members who didn't quite meet the high standards set by the majority. This is the reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5. The location received 3 stars due to its distance from the airport to the resort. The drive to the South coast was a bit longer than we would prefer to travel again. Overall, considering the price and the stunning beauty of the site, I highly recommend it.

My recent stay at Sandals South Coast Resort was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such warmth and hospitality that it set the tone for an unforgettable experience. First and foremost, I have to praise the incredible service provided by the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make sure that not only were my needs met, but they were exceeded. Whether it was the friendly greetings from the concierge, the attentive service at the restaurants, or the quick response from housekeeping, every interaction made me feel valued and well taken care of. The property itself was like a paradise unlike any other. The resort had breathtaking views at every corner. From the beautiful tropical gardens to the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea, every part of the property was meticulously maintained, creating a peaceful and calm environment that was perfect for relaxation. The accommodations were equally impressive. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and had all the amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the design, from the luxurious bedding to the state-of-the-art technology. Overall, my time at Sandals South Coast Resort was truly magical. From the outstanding service to the stunning property and unforgettable dining experiences, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend this resort enough and I can't wait to come back for another fantastic getaway.

The drive from the airport to the beach is quite long and the road is very curvy. The food at the resort is not the best. The rooms are cleaned every day, but occasionally the face clothes and towels are not replaced. The wifi does not work throughout the entire resort. There was one day when it was out for hours, resulting in the cancellation of Karaoke. However, the entertainment staff and all the events were fantastic.
