I recently returned from a fantastic vacation at this resort. During our final day, we were fortunate enough to witness stingrays on the Grand (kids) side, as well as baby sharks swimming. I believe this was a result of the storm, which led the lifeguards to close the pool and beach for swimming. Being Jamaican myself, I truly enjoyed the authentic Jamaican cuisine offered at the buffet. I would like to suggest that the hotel inform guests about the limited availability of rooms with double beds.

This place is absolutely incredible. The room is fantastic, the food is decent, and the staff is simply awesome.

This resort is quite pleasant, although I was disappointed that the pool closed at 7. It was quite hot when we visited, so 7 pm would have been the perfect time to take a dip in the pool. Additionally, there was no shade provided over the pool area. On a positive note, the rooms are generously sized and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The shops at the shopping center were not completely filled, but it was much more affordable to shop there compared to the hotel shops. The prices were up to 50% lower than the ones at the hotel.

The staff and food were excellent. If you're traveling without kids, I highly recommend the Luxury side as it offers more options for dining, activities, and other amenities for a small additional fee. The resort is massive and there's always something to keep you entertained, or simply relax and do nothing at all!
