Tree of Life Resort

This is the worst resort I have ever been to, so I highly recommend avoiding it if you can!

The beach in Aktau city is a wonderful place to enjoy life. It offers a beautiful sea shore with white sand, as well as swimming pools and an aquapark with various shapes and levels of complexity. Additionally, there are several food points where you can enjoy delicious meals. It's a great place for children to be, as they will experience endless joy, happiness, and laughter. If you forget your swimming pants or other items, you can easily purchase them here. The beach also provides individual wardrobes with automatic locks that can be accessed using bracelets given to you at the entrance. You will definitely want to come back again after visiting. Just make sure to plan at least 5-6 hours of your time to fully enjoy and make the most of your paid visit. Good luck!

The beach had unsanitary conditions, overpriced food with limited options, and a staff that was rude. The only positive aspect was the sea, which was particularly clean in the morning. Everything else was extremely disappointing and lacked professionalism. Unfortunately, I fell ill twice during my 5-day stay.

The local hotel is quite average. The staff lacks proper training, the rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, and the towels are not replaced. During my three-night stay, the maid only came once to sweep the floor, neglecting any other cleaning tasks. Moreover, there is no on-site shop to purchase essential items. The showers at the beach are still not functioning, indicating a lack of maintenance. It seems that the focus is solely on accommodating as many people as possible and charging excessively high prices. To make matters worse, security guards can be seen sleeping on the beach. I cannot wait to leave this poorly managed "resort" and I will definitely not be recommending it or returning in the future. I apologize for the negative feedback.

It's a great spot for the entire family to unwind and enjoy. They have multiple outdoor pools and a water playground for kids. The water slide is enjoyable, not too intense. The beach by the sea is fantastic, with comfortable sun beds available. The accommodations for the night are excellent. Additionally, they have an evening bar exclusively for guests.
