Seespitz Strand

We stayed at a campsite for more than a week, enjoying a lovely view of the lake. Unfortunately, we had the misfortune of having a loud and rude family next to us. Their children and even their parents would walk right in front of our tent, leaving us with very little privacy. The situation worsened on Saturday when a group of young men arrived with a party tent and blaring music behind us. It's puzzling why the campsite allowed this, as I'm sure other guests must have complained about it. The women's restroom facilities were unpleasant; the toilets were closed on several occasions. Additionally, the showers were placed too low on the wall, making it difficult for taller individuals to reach their upper back without having to use one hand to hold onto the shower. Furthermore, there wasn't enough parking space available near the tent sites. The overall cleanliness of the campsite was lacking. We decided to check out early, but the reception informed us that we couldn't get a refund for the remaining days due to bad weather, even though that wasn't the actual reason for our early departure. Our stay at the campsite was simply unpleasant during our vacation.

This campground was pleasant, although it was a bit pricey. They charged 62€ for two people and a dog in a tent. However, the location is absolutely stunning, right by the lake (although dogs are not allowed there). Furthermore, the lady at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Considering the high cost of the campground, I would have expected to find at least a designated seating area and a kitchen.

The camping area was pleasant, situated right by the lake, offering the opportunity to swim as well. The place was well-maintained and the staff was friendly. I will definitely visit again.

The beach has a fantastic location. We chose to stay here for the Walchsee challenge weekend, and the campsite was completely full. Throughout the entire weekend, the toilets and showers were impeccably clean. The staff members were friendly and provided helpful assistance. Unfortunately, they failed to inform us that the pitch we were assigned to would flood every time it rained. This was quite inconvenient as our belongings ended up floating in the water. The design of the ladies' showers was quite peculiar, as they were mounted very low and lacked a way to secure the shower head to the wall. On the other hand, the men's showers were more conventional. Despite these drawbacks, there was nothing significant enough to deter us from returning. It was a pleasant stay at a well-managed campsite. Additionally, the onsite restaurant was highly enjoyable.

The staff at the beach were not very friendly. The pitches were extremely small, making it difficult to even walk around the van. The facilities were outdated. Surprisingly, the reception was closed from 12-17, even during the busy high season. Where was the service? There was no customer service at all. We decided to leave early because of the disrespectful treatment from the staff.
