Instead of staying at the hotel, we opted for the public beach and I must say, it was impeccably clean. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of cleanliness maintained at the beach.

The beach is simply stunning. The culinary experts, service attendants, and maintenance staff are all exceptional in their respective roles.

I arrived at the beach in the early hours of the morning, around 11am, and was greeted by a serene and tranquil atmosphere, as the tides were at an all-time low. The locals and business owners in the area were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, making my visit all the more enjoyable. I decided to embark on a snorkeling adventure on one of the glass boats, which took me to the nearby island. The cost was Ksh.1000 per person for a 2½ hour excursion, and it was definitely worth every penny. However, upon my arrival, I was initially taken aback by the accumulation of dead sea plants and leaves that had washed up on the shore.

The beach offers a refreshing vista of the vast ocean, with its pristine white sands unmarred by any rocks. It is an idyllic spot to unwind and bask in the sun on weekends.
