The hotel's owner's wife, Madam Saleh, approached us and informed us that there was nothing she could do. They refused to provide a refund and accused us of lying. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel at all costs! Please take the time to read the reviews! We paid $225 per night, but it was definitely not worth it. It felt like a run-down motel straight out of a movie. The air conditioning didn't work, so we ended up sweating throughout the entire night. The furniture was stained and dirty, with every single piece having some sort of mark on it. The walls were also dirty. Even after they replaced the refrigerator, it still didn't work. The shower head was broken, requiring us to hold it while showering. One of the lights in the bedroom was also not functioning. Additionally, the hair dryer had exposed wires, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing considering the price we paid. When we called the service desk, they informed us that they couldn't assist us until the following morning. The hotel is in desperate need of a major update. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The shower head was broken, so you had to hold it to shower. One of the lights in the bedroom did not work. There were exposed wires on the hair dryer, which is unacceptable and unsafe. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing for the price. We called the service desk, and they told us they couldn't do anything until the following morning. This hotel needs major updating. I do not recommend this hotel.

The beach shore was amazing and the sea water was clean, but they still need to work on renovating their pool.

The toilets were unclean, there were no cushions for the beach chairs, the sand was dirty, swimming in the sea was not possible, and the umbrellas provided were of low quality. Considering the price of 15 USD per person, I had higher expectations.
