The carpark area doesn't seem to offer a very swimmer-friendly spot due to the presence of rocks. However, it could still be a decent place for a swim if you wear appropriate footwear. Aqua shoes are highly recommended, especially for those who want to avoid cutting their feet. Be cautious while you're out there.

Milford Beach is a well-loved recreational spot located in the North Shore area. The surrounding grounds are well-kept and offer plenty of canopy cover. The beach itself is long, making it ideal for walks, and it's also safe for swimming. It's a great place for kids as the waters are shallow. Clean and well-maintained public toilets are available as well. Highly recommended for a day out or a picnic on the nearby beach grounds.

Sun, sand, and sea – it's all here. A long stretch of coastline that gets your heart pumping as you enjoy the gentle lapping of the waves. Truly magical in the early morning when you catch the first rays of sun.

Absolutely love this place ❤️. It's conveniently located and easy to get to. Just a heads-up: on weekends, the car park fills up quickly, so plan ahead before heading out.
