This beach is a great spot for some relaxation, but do keep in mind that the water can be quite chilly. Additionally, it's easily accessible for visitors.

The beach is great for swimming and quite safe, with plenty of coastline and trees. Additionally, it is easily accessible without the need for a 4*4 vehicle. While the road is paved for the first 12 kilometers, the rest is a dirt road. There is a private area with a small ranch or restaurant, as well as a public access point that requires a short walk to reach the beach.

The beach was devoid of people but had a thriving ecosystem. We had to travel for around 40 minutes from San Juan Del Sur and paid $10 per person for the shuttle. A small kiosk was available where one could purchase snacks and beer. The atmosphere was distinct from the beaches in the town.
