Although the beach and west breakwater are accessible, there is no direct route to the city. During my stroll along the beach from Mrzeżyno, I had to turn back from the stunning corner and find the closest exit to the beach. From there, I walked along the city sidewalks until I reached the nearest bridge.

This is a must-see location in Kołobrzeg and was previously a military area that was closed to the public. As a result, the beach, dunes, and other natural features have been preserved in an unparalleled manner. The beach stretches all the way to the entrance of the port in Kołobrzeg and the absence of human activity has allowed animals to take over the area. It is a stunning place to take a walk and admire the scenery. I believe it was a good decision to open it up to tourists. If you enjoy walking and wildlife, I highly recommend visiting this location. You may even encounter some wild animals, such as the fox in my photos.

The west beach can be easily accessed by foot, and is separated from the military area by a fence behind the sand dunes. It's a serene beach with a lack of large crowds.
