I'd like to share my thoughts on the beach, rather than the promenade, during our visit in September. The pebble beach was lovely, with easy access to the sea. It's worth noting that it's best to swim when the waves are calm, as the depth can increase quickly. Fortunately, the weather kept the crowds away, leaving the beach quite clean. While there were a few drawbacks, such as limited changing rooms and the occasional stray dog, overall the experience was positive. What's particularly great about this beach is that it's always open, without the need to rely on guards who may restrict access to other beaches even in normal weather conditions. We had hoped to visit the beaches at Orlyonok camp in Plyakho and Raduzhny camp, but unfortunately, we never made it there.

2 Very poor

The beachfront in Novomikhailovsky village, whether it's by the sea or river, lacks appeal due to the unattractive retail outlets and their unsightly placement. The absence of trees exacerbates the situation, making their presence a significant factor, especially in hot weather. Unfortunately, the overall landscaping is also suffering. The hotels' location is questionable, as they seem to have been built too close to the coastal zone, leaving no points of attraction for visitors, except for spending money. It's a shame that human activity is slowly ruining nature's beauty, and the current state of the beach is a testament to this. The provided photo doesn't depict the summer landscapes, which could be more inviting.

The seaside promenade may be petite, but it is accompanied by a plethora of accommodations, boutiques, and eateries. However, a significant portion of the shoreline remains unadorned. If the boardwalk were to be expanded for leisurely strolls, akin to that of Gelendzhik's, the locale would undoubtedly gain a heightened allure.

4 Frustrating

I would advise against visiting the beach during August as it tends to be overcrowded with five people per meter both in the water and on land. While there are sun loungers available, they come at a fee. Additionally, the constant yelling through the mouthpiece for boat rides and other activities can be disruptive. There are limited areas to rinse your feet after a day at the beach. However, if you visit in early July, you will have a much more spacious and enjoyable experience. Arkhipo-Osipovka and Novomikhailovsky are ideal locations for a family vacation, but it's important to consider parking, Wi-Fi, floor level, distance to the sea, and avoiding the first line due to loud music and excessive noise from 11 pm to 2 am. The local cuisine is delicious and reminiscent of homemade meals. Wishing you a pleasant holiday!

10 Exceptional

The shoreline boasts a pristine appearance, which is a testament to the responsible behavior of beachgoers. Despite the influx of visitors as of August 2, 2020, the atmosphere remains lively. The temperature has been refreshingly mild, yet it hasn't hindered anyone from relishing the ocean. Wishing everyone a delightful time!
