Derbent Beach is located on the
Caspian Sea and it is in the
17th place out of 39 beaches in the
Dagestan region
The beach is
located in an urban area, among the mountains.
There are rocks underwater that can cut your feet, and shells are scattered everywhere on the beach. It’s hard to call this place a beach. The entire shore is overgrown with grass, sometimes motorcyclists ride along the shore, and there is also a large pack of dogs on the shore. So it’s best to walk further along the shore behind the large rocks where many people rest. The sewage system also drains into the sea.
Well-maintained beach, I didn’t swim, I won’t say anything about entering the water, but it makes an excellent impression) especially beautiful fur seals
Well equipped, not big beach. It’s a pity that getting to the sea in other places is problematic due to the fenced coastline. It always seemed to me that the sea, rivers, canals should be public.
