The medical staff was very impolite, which completely spoiled the atmosphere. Additionally, the porter did not offer to help carry heavy items to the 5th floor, leaving a young and delicate girl to handle everything on her own. This ruined my vacation that I paid for myself. It was also quite unpleasant to hear the aunt swearing on the beach, although perhaps she had her reasons. I don't feel it's my place to judge.

The sanatorium is fantastic with its delectable cuisine and welcoming staff. The medical team and procedures provided are exactly what you require, making Charcot highly recommended. It would be preferable if smoking was prohibited on the track and in the rooms, and if the disco didn't produce such loud rumbling noises. The DJ's performance is lackluster, resulting in a lack of good music. Additionally, it would be more convenient if beach towels could be changed at the reception, and if cleaning services were conducted while everyone is at the beach, ensuring that towels are readily available for guests.
