I visited this beach back in the early 2000s when I was around 13 years old. To put it simply, it was a terrible experience. The children of the employees from the nearby factory were freely drinking and smoking marijuana in the open. There were constant fights and arguments taking place. The food options were mediocre, scoring a 3 out of 5. There was very little entertainment available. In the end, I ended up leaving the beach with two girls who were also bored with the whole situation. They were quite mischievous, by the way.

I absolutely adore this place. It's the perfect destination for a budget-friendly and one-of-a-kind beach getaway! A heartfelt thank you to all the hardworking individuals who make this camp a reality every year!

This is the true essence of Crimea. I attend the annual math conference that takes place right before the base closes, and it's only the conference participants present. As a result, it's peaceful, not crowded, and has an intimate atmosphere. This is something I appreciate. The base has well-built structures with cozy rooms, and the food is affordable but delicious, abundant, and nutritious. There's no luxurious resort vibe here, and there is room for improvement, especially regarding the beach. However, you can't help but fall in love with this place, and September wouldn't be complete without a trip here. The natural views of the sea, waves crashing on boulders (as if the waves are gently caressing the tired rocks), and the mountains looming over the base, often covered in beautiful clouds that seem to cascade down from them, deeply touch the soul and unintentionally captivate it. Additionally, the base is adorned with numerous sculptural figures of animals and adorable fairy-tale characters. There's an eagle with its wings spread wide, as if about to take flight, panthers hiding in the bushes, a proud deer lying on a massive boulder (the animals look so lifelike!), Snow White surrounded by seven dwarfs, and a cheerful chef wearing a cap who beckons everyone to dinner. In short, this place has a tremendous spirit that can be felt by those who are open to it. I absolutely love it!

It's a children's summer camp where adults can also relax. During autumn, they hold the Crimean Autumn Mathematical School, which is a classic event from the Soviet era. The location is excellent, surrounded by breathtaking nature. The menu is reminiscent of the dishes served 40 years ago. The living conditions are modest, but affordable.

4 Frustrating

We visited the beach, but it was a disappointment. The road leading there was in poor condition, and finding a parking spot was a hassle. Additionally, the beach itself was quite cramped. While it could be a nice spot to unwind, I wouldn't recommend going there specifically for swimming in the sea.
