The ambiance of this location is simply delightful. The serene beach is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Although the path leading to this destination may not be the most impressive, once you arrive, you'll be captivated by the charm of the place.

This beach is a great spot to visit, and the best part is that it's free to the public. However, it could use some upkeep to keep it looking its best.

What an amazing experience! I had always dreamed of visiting this place, and at the age of 57, my daughter and I finally made the journey. We swam across the river and crossed to the other side, just like Moses and his men. When we finally arrived, we were overjoyed and excited to see our family members. However, it's important to wear proper shoes and be careful around the hot rocks near the hole. Walking barefoot can be quite painful. Despite this, I would definitely do it again. The Whole in the Hall hotel serves excellent food, and their staff and manager are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend making a booking - you won't regret it.

The beach was a fantastic summer destination, with breathtaking views of Nguni cows strolling across the sand and warm waters gently lapping at the shore. I couldn't find any fault with the scenery.

The beach is absolutely breathtaking. It's a great spot for swimming in the estuary and along the beach, all the way to Hole in the Wall. There are trees that offer shade for picnics, and it's not uncommon to see cows on the beach. Even in the winter, the air is fresh and the water is amazing. Just be sure to cross the river at low tide or be prepared to swim, and wear rubber shoes to protect your feet from the stones. It's definitely worth a visit, or even staying overnight.
