This family beach has been a popular tourist destination for over 50 or 60 years, but the Mar Menor has been relatively neglected. Despite this, it is still easy to access and has become increasingly crowded during the summer months.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun. The sand is soft and fine, and there are plenty of palm trees for shade. Since the beach algae clean-up began, the area has been much improved. On days when the water is especially clear, you can even make out the bottom of the sea. The hot water is perfect for swimming, and there are no waves or jellyfish to worry about. Families with children or those who are not experienced swimmers can feel safe and enjoy the beach.
