Quite a sight to behold! The volcanic sand is so soft and unlike any other beach in Europe. It's definitely worth a visit, particularly if you have young kids. But be aware, the ocean can be a treacherous place if you can't swim. On the plus side, the waves here are great for surfing. Have a wonderful time and stay safe!

Beach with a beautiful dark sand that is so soft beneath your feet. It was almost deserted when we visited in mid-February, with no tourists in sight, and plenty of surfers to watch. Plus, it is easily accessible, making it a great spot to visit.

This spot is far from ideal for wave surfing. The waves are too weak and the sand is too coarse. It's not a great place to spend the day, and it's certainly not worth the effort to go out of your way to visit.
