4 Frustrating

There are currently no sunloungers or parasols available to hire on the beach. The main road is being prepared for pedestrianisation so lots of works going on nearby.

I was taken aback to find that there were fewer than 10 people on such a large beach. The wind was so strong that sand was constantly blowing onto our mat, so we didn't stay long. Maybe it would be better to bring a beach chair next time. There were showers and wheelchair access to the beach, and it was close to the city. Unfortunately, dogs were not allowed.

The beach has nice golden sand, but unfortunately, there are rock shelves in the water that detract from its overall appeal.

If you're after a beach that's spacious and isolated, this one might be for you. However, it's not particularly attractive and it can be quite pungent. The road is nearby, so you'll have to contend with the sound of traffic, plus a large glass hotel nearby detracts from the scenery.
