My girlfriend and I visited Cheyres in 1976, but unfortunately there was no beach at the time. However, it's been a while since we've been back and it may be worth revisiting to see if there have been any changes.

The beach is absolutely lovely and boasts a dedicated play area for kids. Conveniently located next to the restaurant, there are also showers and toilets available for visitors. The highlight, however, is the stunning walk on the pontoons that begins from the beach. It's an experience not to be missed!
