The beach has more facilities compared to others in the area, and it is also larger with a nice expanse of sand. Additionally, there are amenities for children, a sand court, and various bars, restaurants, and snack bars across the street. Despite being called Lagoa beach, it is quite peaceful with no waves or tides. However, contrary to my expectations, the water is not any warmer than the sea water in the region; it is equally cold.

What an amazing beach! We decided to visit after Carnival to get away from the noise and large crowds. The beach was pleasantly quiet, which was perfect for us to fully enjoy our time. The beach itself was stunning and well-maintained, with trees offering shade, lifeguards on duty, clearly marked swimming areas, convenient showers to rinse off sand, and a variety of shops nearby. We had a fantastic day at this beach, as the water was calm and the temperature was just right.
