Ajman resort beach

We have been frequent guests at this hotel and have always had positive experiences. Last week, we decided to bring our visiting family here and utilize the hotel for a day stay. I called the previous night and was informed that the day use rate would be 300 AED per room, which was half the price of a full night's stay. However, upon arrival the next day, the reception informed us that the rate had changed to 500 AED because it fluctuates daily. I mentioned our conversation from the previous night, but they dismissed it, stating that the rates for overnight stays are different. I checked online and found that the rate for a full night was indeed 500 AED, so it didn't make much sense to pay the same amount for just a few hours of use. We encountered an unpleasant and aggressive manager named Kishi, who showed no willingness to assist us. She claimed that the current rate for an overnight stay was 700 AED and that she was doing us a favor by offering the day use rate of 500 AED. Unfortunately, we didn't want to waste more time resolving the situation as we didn't want to spoil the day for our family, so we agreed to the rate. Throughout our stay, we struggled to connect to the WiFi and the room itself was one of the worst we have seen at this hotel. It appeared as if it hadn't been used in a long time, with the floor constantly wet due to inadequate conditioning. The main issue in this situation was the incorrect information provided the night before and the manager's unhelpful response to our predicament.

I recently went to Avenue bowling, which is inside Ajman hotel. The beach is really spacious and I had an amazing time playing there. The staff members were extremely attentive and the best part is that they stay open until 4am. It's definitely the perfect spot for a night out, so make sure to check it out.

This is my fifteenth visit to the Ajaman Hotel! I have traveled to many countries, but I have finally chosen this wonderful hotel and I have no desire to search for anything better. Although the hotel is not new, it has its own charm due to its rich history. I adore the original style in which the hotel is decorated. The rooms are comfortable and clean, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. I would like to commend the excellent work of Shusmita and Rahman. The outdoor area of the Ajaman Hotel is also meticulously maintained. It is lush and clean. The beach is fantastic, with crystal clear and warm water! In the evening, I had the pleasure of enjoying the captivating piano performances by the incredibly talented musician Elena! It was an absolute delight to listen to her flawless playing throughout the entire evening. Many guests gathered to appreciate her talent. However, it is quite unfortunate that she mostly performs on the first floor. It would be better if she played more often on the ground floor, as a significant number of guests prefer to relax in the lobby during the evening. I understand that the Rosmarino restaurant has its own singers, but I am puzzled as to why the restaurant no longer has a wall like it did in previous years. Additionally, I must mention that the ventilation in Rosmarino is faulty. The strong and peculiar odors of garlic, onions, pepper, pasta, various cheeses, and other spices permeate the lobby. It creates an unpleasant and sharp scent reminiscent of a rustic Georgian pub. Nevertheless, I still love the Ajaman Hotel! The friendly and hospitable staff always make me feel calm, relaxed, and happy. I am grateful for the genuine and professional service provided by girls and boys such as Regina, Amina, Sohid, Supun, Sonam.K, Mohammad, Dilan, and all the waiters at the Nasim restaurant! A special thanks goes to manager Nizar. He is incredibly polite, intelligent, and communicative. He knows how to make prompt decisions in any situation! In conclusion, I could continue writing endlessly because I have a deep affection for the Ajaman Hotel, and I hope to return here again and again!

The Italian restaurant at the Ajman hotel is an outstanding establishment that offers delectable seafood and pizzas. I had a fantastic dining experience there and the live music added to the enjoyment. The lively atmosphere and scrumptious desserts ensured our complete satisfaction. I would definitely return to dine here in the future.

The pool and private beachfront were well-managed and kept clean. The staff was cooperative and helpful in guiding us to make the most of our stay. We can't wait for our next visit.
