1. The room and hotel lobby have an unpleasant, pungent smell. The air conditioner is not functional, the furniture is outdated, the bed is uncomfortable, and the beach is not maintained. 2. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING! 3. THE PHOTOS POSTED ARE FROM WHEN THE HOTEL FIRST OPENED. THE CURRENT REALITY IS VERY DIFFERENT. 4. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! 5. YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. 6. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Excellent hotel. The sandy beach is stunning, and the rooms are spotless with lovely sea views. There's a wide variety of high-quality food. Considering the prices, the experience was truly enjoyable 👌 A special thanks to Angelo, the reception supervisor, who was very helpful, and the new Russian-speaking lady. This was my first stay, and I will definitely return. Insha'Allah ❤️

The hotel is great for a family vacation, and the service is commendable. My kids had a blast with the facilities available. We stayed for two days and still couldn't explore all the swimming pools. However, we had a disappointing experience at the Bin Majid restaurant. The dinner we had there was honestly terrible; the food was not good at all, even the dessert. There were two dishes I couldn't even swallow, and the food was cold. We didn't enjoy it at all.

The website and pictures are highly exaggerated. The standard room was terrible, and even after moving to a king room, the phone and TV didn't work. The buffet was a disappointment; we couldn't eat dinner despite paying for the beach buffet. After breakfast, we packed up and left, even though we had paid for two nights. Refunds should be available in these cases because the service and food were only 3/5 stars. The manager is not available on Fridays and half of Saturday. The beach views are nice, and the animals (donkey, rabbits, etc.) are very cute. However, we definitely will not return. Thank you.

My family and I had a fantastic time; it was incredibly enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a movie there. All the activities were great, particularly the infinity pool and the beach. The tent was quite spacious, though it did get very hot. The food was delicious, and overall, we had a wonderful experience.
