The best ambiance ever! My friends and I had an amazing time with the services provided! Everyone was so accommodating, especially Ms. Melanie 🥰. Personally, I loved the unique twists on the dishes we ordered. While savoring the food, I was captivated by the stunning and fantastic view of the beach. Loved everything about this place! 🥰🩷💗

The set of pools was impressive. The hospitality and service were satisfactory, although the check-in process was a bit slow. The rooms and washrooms lacked hooks or bars for hanging and drying wet clothes. The beach was clean but quite rocky. The game room was more for display, as nothing was in good working condition. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets were enjoyable, offering a good variety of dishes. There were several water activities available, such as snorkeling, jet skiing, and boat rides. However, the night ambience was lacking, with the beach and walkways being poorly lit.

I had a wonderful time with my family at this place, which is very infant-friendly as I have a 6-month-old little one. Special thanks to Janice from reservations, Jeff from the front office, and Melanie from The Lounge restaurant for being exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Most of the staff were great as well. The rooms and facilities were very spacious and clean. However, the food selection at the buffet for both dinner and breakfast was just okay, with not many choices. Despite this, I will definitely return but will book without the buffet.

I was planning a trip for myself and my parents and explored several options. The hotel managers were exceptionally polite and precise, offering multiple booking options and explaining them in detail, making our check-in process very smooth. The hotel boasts a clean and compact private beach. The accommodations are genuinely spacious and feature a lovely design that complements the sandy beach and mountain backdrop perfectly. Additionally, the local bar is very cozy, ideal for unwinding after a long, exhausting day. I must give special mention to Melanie from the lounge staff, who was exceptionally kind.
