Exceptional
A serene retreat with an incredibly calming ambiance and exceptional team! I visit this place often for work, and the youthful woman at the front desk is consistently available for courteous, direction and support! The cuisine is superb and the bartenders go above and beyond. While the menu may not be extravagant, they excel in what they offer. We eagerly anticipate our upcoming business excursion!

Very poor
Security personnel will monitor your movements if you arrive late or if they have not seen you previously. They may even come to your room and are more likely to exhibit this behavior towards Tunisians or individuals who appear Tunisian. This type of conduct is highly inappropriate for a hotel that caters to guests from around the world, and it does not contribute positively to the hotel's reputation. It is recommended that this practice be discontinued in order to allow travelers to freely enjoy their stay.

Frustrating
We have visited this establishment multiple times over the past year. While in the vicinity of Bizerte last Saturday evening, we made the spontaneous decision to stop by for a few beverages. To our surprise, we were denied entry. This unexpected turn of events speaks volumes about their attitude towards non-locals. Kudos for the warm welcome...

Very poor
If you don't have a pool ticket, you won't be able to visit the bar or coffee shop. They insist on charging you for a 60 dt pool, even if you're not interested. The service was far superior last year.
