I was pleasantly taken aback by the absence of fundamental hotel amenities and consistency in room features, such as a functional sink and bathtub (both blocked), absence of tea sachets and coffee but only hot water, and absence of a clothes iron. I had to pay for ironing services, only to discover later that another room had an iron. I was relieved that they did "enhance" my room, only to realize it was still the same standard room but now equipped with an iron and tea sachets. The views, however, were absolutely stunning.
