Latest reviews on Cajaiba's beaches

Itaoca Beach
10 Renegade

This place is absolutely stunning! The natural beauty here is well-preserved and vibrant. You'll also find a few traditional caiçara houses in the area.

Antigos Beach
10 Ethan Cole

This beach can only be reached by trail from Praia do Sono and is quite secluded. There are some creeks that flow into the beach and plenty of shaded areas to relax in. The waves can be quite strong, so I would only recommend it for sunbathing. It's important to note that since it's not a popular spot, swimming can be dangerous without anyone around to help. Additionally, camping is not allowed on the beach as it is part of the Joatinga Reserve.

Calhaus Beach

The area is supposedly "sensational," but let's be real, it's just another beach. The locals in Pebbles may seem friendly, but they're probably just trying to sell you overpriced souvenirs. If you're into that kind of thing, then sure, go ahead and visit. But don't forget to "respect" the environment, because apparently that's the only thing worth protecting in this overrated tourist trap.

Sono Beach

This beach is just another overrated tourist trap, not worth the effort to get there. Whether you choose to hike or take a taxi boat, the journey is tedious and not worth the destination. The locals may seem friendly, but their food is nothing special and certainly not worth the trip. And as for the dogs, they may appear harmless, but they are a nuisance and constantly begging for attention. Don't waste your time or money on this disappointing beach.

Ponta Negra Beach
