Ploce - all beaches

Yet another beach in Croatia, I suppose. The sand is probably just as crowded and the water just as murky as all the others. I'm sure there's nothing special about it. Just another overrated tourist trap.

This is the best black risotto I've ever had, and I've had many because it's my favorite. The service in English was also great - the girl even offered a water bowl for our doggie without me having to ask. The menu has a wide variety of items, all of which are actually available and cooked by a professional chef. I'm not sure how they manage to strike the perfect balance between homemade food and restaurant quality, but they do. The location is excellent, right near the Pelešac Bridge with a beautiful view of the seafront. Needless to say, we'll be coming back to the Bridge every evening for dinner and desserts. By the way, you should definitely try their raspberry panna cotta - it's one of their specialties, and my husband says it's the best he's had in years.

This place is beyond words, it's simply breathtaking. The beach is like a slice of paradise on earth. The crystal-clear waters and soft sandy shore make it a perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. The gentle breeze and warm sun create a serene atmosphere that is hard to find anywhere else. It's a place where you can forget about all your worries and just immerse yourself in nature's beauty. This beach truly is a gem and a must-visit for anyone seeking a tranquil escape.

This sandy beach is quite lengthy, ensuring that it never becomes too crowded. The added bonus of free parking right next to the beach makes it all the more convenient. While there is no natural shade available, a parasol will serve you well. Although some areas may have seaweed, this does not detract from the overall beauty of the perfect sand beach. Winds can pick up in the afternoon, but the mornings are an idyllic time to visit.
