Latest reviews on Manganari's beaches

Santorini beach
10 Liam Darrow

The beach is truly magnificent with its soft sand and crystal clear water. It is also well-protected from the harsh north wind, making it an ideal spot for sunbathing and swimming. Additionally, there are a few services available at the nearby Manganari beach to cater to your needs. Overall, this beach is a must-visit for anyone looking for a tranquil and picturesque escape.

Tris Klisies beach
10 Chrysalis "Chrysalis

Treis Klissies, situated on the southern side of Ios Island in Greece, is a picturesque beach renowned for its pristine waters, sandy shores, and breathtaking surroundings. It's an ideal destination for beachgoers seeking a delightful combination of sun, sea, and stunning scenery.

Magganari beach
10 Larsen Andersson

This beach in Ios is truly the best. The sea is calm and the sand is perfect. The amenities, including umbrellas and showers, are excellent. It's also convenient to reach by bus, which costs 7.5 euro round trip and the last one leaves at 5 pm.

Papa Beach
2 Lorenzo V.

The island's beach was once a stunning sight, but now it has been ruined by the construction of a resort. The owners of the resort have even attempted to prevent public access to the beach, making it seem as though they are corrupt. It's truly a shame to see yet another example of the decline of our society under late capitalism.

Kolitsani beach
10 Ariella Sylphide

This serene beach is a true gem, boasting stunning natural beauty and tranquility. While it may be known as a nudist beach, there is no pressure to bare it all, and visitors are welcome to wear bathing suits if they prefer. Nestled in a secluded gulf, it's a bit of a trek to reach, but well worth the effort for those seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether you're looking to unwind with a good book or simply soak up the sun, this beach is the perfect spot to do so.

Paralia Plakes

This serene beach can be accessed by travelling on a bumpy dirt road for 5 kilometers. I opted for a 125cc scooter to reach this hidden gem. The beach was enchanting and secluded, with only 10 individuals present in late July. It lacked any amenities or facilities, but it was undoubtedly the most stunning beach I came across during my stay in Ios.
