Latest reviews on Goupa-Kara's beaches

Pollonia beach
10 Lisette Marconi.

This is the ultimate destination in the entire world.

Prassa beach
10 Mara Maddox

This beach in Greece is considered one of the finest. It may not have organized facilities, or at least not consistently, so it's advisable to bring an umbrella or seek shade under a tree. By the way, a car is necessary to access this beach!

Papafragas beach
10 Cameron Stonebridge-Smith

This charming beach is an absolute gem, complete with a thrilling jumping spot into a refreshing hole! For a more secluded experience, it's best to arrive early and avoid the crowds. Keep in mind that finding shade can be a bit of a challenge, so don't overstay your welcome. Overall, this hidden oasis is a must-visit for any beach lover seeking adventure and tranquility.

Prassa Beach II
10 András Kovács.

This beach is truly a gem, with its pristine waters that are so clear you can see every detail of the ocean floor. The sand is a beautiful shade of white, almost like chalk, and it doesn't cling to your skin like other beaches. The beach bar is a great place to unwind, with a decent selection of music and friendly staff who are always ready to help. The prices are reasonable, with a set of umbrellas costing around 20 euros, and the snacks are both delicious and fairly priced given the remote location of the beach. While there are no toilets due to local regulations, this doesn't detract from the overall experience of this tranquil and relaxing spot. Although it may be a bit of a challenge to get to, it's definitely worth the effort to experience this slice of paradise.

Ellinika beach
10 Gideon Marlowe

This serene and picturesque beach exudes tranquility and beauty. The remnants of an ancient civilization add an intriguing element to the already captivating scenery.

Paralia Mponatsa
10 Nikitas Arvanitis

This sandy beach is just a stone's throw away from the Village, taking less than 10 minutes to reach. It boasts a vast expanse of shoreline, ensuring that overcrowding and clutter are never an issue. While it may not be organized, this only adds to its charm, allowing you to bring along all the essentials for a truly personalized experience. Although the beach is dotted with tamarind trees, they are small and do not provide adequate shade, so an umbrella is highly recommended. The beach's calm, shallow waters make it the perfect spot for children to frolic and play, and the lack of wind only adds to the idyllic atmosphere.
