This is an excellent spot, particularly for families with young children. If you're searching for a charming, reasonably priced getaway, this is the ideal location for you. The beach is lovely, with crystal-clear, warm water. On windy days, the water is filled with sand and seaweed, making it unsuitable for swimming. Nea Vrasna is teeming with studio and apartment accommodations and is situated near Asprovalta, a larger and more bustling area. From here, you can explore Kavala, the beaches leading to Olimpiada and Athos, as well as Stagira, Aristotle's birthplace.
The shoreline is a splendid sight to behold, adorned with soft, velvety sand that invites you to sink your toes in. The beach is furnished with an abundance of sunbeds and umbrellas, providing ample shade for a relaxing day under the sun. Adjacent to it lies the quaint port of Stavros, adding to the picturesque scenery.
The beach is pleasant, however, the presence of ships near it causes occasional fuel odors. The sand is soft and enjoyable, but due to the beach's smaller size, it can become crowded. There are beach bars in the vicinity, and the music is audible but not overpowering. If you prefer a quieter beach experience, consider visiting Vrasna, which is nearby but requires a car to reach.
