This hidden gem of a beach is truly a treasure worth discovering, and it's worth dedicating an entire day to exploring its beauty. The beach boasts a unique feature of fine pebbles that surpasses the typical sandy shores. The water is warm and inviting, with a crystal clear clarity that is unmatched. While not overtly commercialized, the beach does offer amenities such as a bar, beach chairs, and umbrellas. A visit to this beach is an absolute must for anyone seeking a serene and natural escape.
We didn't have much time to search for a beach, and there weren't any others nearby, so we ended up going to this one. Unfortunately, there were no sunbeds, umbrellas, or coffee shops. The sand was only partially sandy, with rocks and stones on the sea floor. The only positive aspect was the view of Monemvasia.
Although the beach itself may not be particularly remarkable, the surrounding old town is truly a sight to behold. With its stunning architecture and charming atmosphere, it's easy to lose yourself in the beauty of this Greek gem. So while the beach may not be the main attraction, it's still worth a visit for the chance to explore the town's many hidden treasures.
This charming beach may be small in size, but it packs a big punch in terms of natural beauty. The nearby quaint harbor adds to the picturesque scenery, and the fabulous taverna just up the road is a must-visit for delicious local cuisine.
The apartments are spacious and well-equipped, with a friendly host. The terrace offers lovely views, including a view of Monemvasia. There is ample parking available. The only downside is that the shower cabin in our apartment didn't close properly. The beach is just 100 meters away, with two taverns and a small shop nearby. It's conveniently close to Monemvasia.
