Potami - all beaches

The beach is shielded from the north winds. It features a canteen and sunbeds with umbrellas, but there's also plenty of free space for your own umbrella. Stretching about 450 meters in length, the beach is primarily sandy with some pebbly areas. Its vast expanse means the seabed varies, with mostly shallow, sandy waters and some rocky formations near the shore at the ends. This beach is popular with people of all ages. The mix of sand and rocks extends into the water, making it ideal for snorkeling or amateur fishing. Overall, it's a great spot for water sports. Access is very convenient via the main paved road from Karystos. High rocks provide natural shade, offering protection from the sun for beachgoers.

This beach is absolutely delightful, adorned with charming wooden umbrellas that add a touch of rustic charm. Not only is the scenery stunning, but there is also a convenient spot to grab a refreshing beer or a quick snack. What's more, the owner is incredibly welcoming and hospitable, making the experience all the more enjoyable. I cannot stress enough how much I would recommend this beach to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable day by the sea.

Unfortunately, you can't drive to the beach. The water is quite polluted and there is a lot of trash on the shore.

This beach is quite large and uncrowded, making it easily accessible. However, there is no infrastructure, so make sure to bring your own supplies.
