Kamuthi - all beaches

Sayalkudi Beach is beautiful and a great place to spend time. The government should take steps to develop it into a picnic spot and provide basic facilities for tourists. The road leading to the beach is in good condition. However, there are no restroom facilities or food options for kids and others. Some visitors do take baths here. The beach is long and enjoyable, making it a nice spot for family outings. It is clean, although some individuals have left broken bottles behind.

Vembar Beach has some issues with the water quality near the entrance. However, if you walk towards the east side, away from the fish selling area, you'll find a much better spot to enjoy.

The beach near the fishing village is small but pleasant. It's a great spot for a quick hangout with friends and family. Just keep in mind that there are no change rooms, drinking water, or shops nearby, so make sure to come prepared.

The water is neat and clear. However, the wind direction varies with the seasons. During the winter months from December to February, there is no wind, making it very hot and sunny near the beach.
