Spiaggia di Rena Bianca
8 Lorenzo Rossi

Upon our arrival in Sardegna-Costa Smeralda, we ventured to the beach as our first stop. Despite the crowds at 4pm, we were pleasantly surprised by the pristine sand and the refreshing, warm waters. The beach was impeccably clean, and the water was so clear that we could see the bottom. Additionally, the parking fee of 1.50 per hour was reasonable and convenient. Overall, it was a delightful experience that set the tone for the rest of our trip.

This beach is an absolute delight and can be conveniently reached by car. Although the water may not be as crystal clear as some other beaches, it is incredibly serene and not as congested as its neighboring counterparts. Additionally, this spot is perfect for observing yachts, as there are plenty of moorings just off the coast.

Without a doubt, Tuerredda stands out as one of the most exceptional beaches in Sardegna. Our exploration of the region led us to numerous beaches, but Tuerredda topped the list as our favorite. The crystal-clear waters and pristine sand made for a truly unforgettable experience, especially when paired with the breathtaking sunset. Additionally, the cozy bar on the beachfront provided everything we required, although it's important to note that the kitchen closes at 4 pm. The parking is free, but we recommend bringing your own umbrella since renting one at the beach can be quite costly, at 40 EUR during July.

Spiaggia dell'Elefante

This beach is a hidden gem, even during the busy month of August. A visit is a must for any beach lover. The crystal-clear water is not the absolute best in Sardinia, but it is still breathtaking. The scenery is simply stunning, and the best part is that there are very few people around. Unlike the overcrowded beaches nearby, you can enjoy some peaceful alone time here. However, reaching the beach is not an easy task. You can either take a rental kayak or swim to the beach, which is the easier option. Alternatively, you can opt for the more challenging route and traverse the rocks, which requires some fitness and balance.

Cala Ginepro

This charming little beach is worth a visit, but it may be wise to steer clear during the busy month of August.
