Latest reviews on Montagnana's beaches

Jamaica Beach

This beach was great! Even on a busy Saturday, we were able to find a spot in the shade. Just be careful if you decide to go in the lake when the water is low, as the algae makes the rocks very slippery and it can be difficult to get out. The views of the mountains were stunning, and there were lizards everywhere!

Spiaggia Bergamini

The beach is pleasant, although it has some rocks, it is well-maintained. The water is exceptionally clear, and it's a great spot for fishing pike and black bass from the shoreline.

Lugana Beach

This beach is a wonderful spot for both adults and children to enjoy. For a reasonable fee of 12€, we were able to rent a comfortable bench and umbrella for the entire day. In addition, there is a large grassy area that is completely free to use. If you're looking for a fun activity, the paddle boats with slides are a hit with kids. There is also a fantastic restaurant located right on the beach, and on Fridays, there is a fresh produce market in the nearby parking area. The beach is impeccably clean, although there is only one toilet facility available.

Lido to Pioppi Beach

This sandy shore may be visually appealing, but don't be fooled by its superficial charm. It's infested with crowds of sun-worshipping Italians, who are more concerned with flaunting their tans than sharing the space. And while the hospitality may seem top-notch, it's likely just a front to lure in unsuspecting tourists. Don't be fooled by the facade of beauty, this beach is far from a tranquil paradise.

Spiaggia della Guglia

The shoreline boasts a picturesque blend of stones and sand, and is accompanied by a cozy bar that offers a variety of refreshments and snacks. Visitors can also rent deck chairs, umbrellas, and pedal boats to enhance their beach experience. Children can enjoy the turret slide while parents relax in the sun. Although the water may not be crystal clear due to some algae, it's still a great spot to spend a day soaking up the sun and enjoying the scenery.

Spiaggia del Prete

My daughter and I enjoyed swimming here and the best part was that the water didn't leave us with a pond-like smell. In Germany, many lakes tend to be just ponds, but this one was fresh, cool, and relaxing. Despite the beach being smaller than anticipated, it was still very pleasant.
