Yalapa Beach used to be a favorite spot of mine for delicious fresh fish, but unfortunately the restaurants on the beach have become too touristy. Despite this, I still recommend visiting, just be sure to eat where the tour guide suggests. The boat ride to the beach is absolutely stunning and the snorkeling is incredible, with a plethora of puffer fish and other marine life to observe.
As the culmination of a lengthy 6.5 hour journey, I found myself at this charming semi-private beach for a blissful 1.5 hours. The sand was a pristine white and the seclusion of the location only added to the enjoyment. Though the waves were a bit tumultuous, it only added to the overall excitement of the experience.
The place is extremely stunning. However, it is advisable to use a truck for transportation, as there is a gap and the bridges are in a deteriorated state, especially during the rainy season. I would like to request the residents to maintain cleanliness, as it is disheartening to witness a significant amount of litter near their homes.
This beach is stunning, but it may be challenging to reach for those seeking adventure.
