Garbage everywhere and construction constantly. nobody seems to care about this area at all. Very sad
When everything seems hopeless, this is the place where you will discover it, and love is always present when you visit Mazatlan in Sinaloa, Mexico. I truly found myself here, and the smiles that I had lost were patiently waiting for me.
The beach is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking panoramic vistas and a plethora of tidepools to explore. It offers all the conveniences of the Golden Zone, but without the hustle and bustle of the crowds.
This beach is undoubtedly lovely, but it's essential to note that it's not a solitary or exclusive spot. During peak holiday season, it can get pretty packed, but it's still a public beach that has everything you need, from renting chairs and umbrellas to purchasing snacks from vendors scattered throughout the area. What caught me off guard was the abundance of musicians who offered to play a tune of their choosing for a small fee. The overall vibe of the beach is lively and fun.
This beach is an ideal location to witness breathtaking sunsets. Furthermore, it offers a less crowded atmosphere, providing a serene and tranquil experience for visitors.
This charming island is a great destination for just $150MX per person, roughly $9-$10US, as of August 2023. It's only a short 3-4 minute boat ride from the beach. Once you arrive, you can rent a few chairs and an umbrella for $300MX. The water is crystal clear and perfect for swimming. You can also rent jet skis and canoes. You can stay until 5pm when they start clearing out everyone. The only downside is that you need to bring your own food and drinks, and there are no public bathrooms so make sure to take care of that before you come over.
