The beach offers crystal clear waters and a pristine shoreline, yet during peak season, it's evident that the area is a popular destination for tourists. Opting to arrive on foot may prove beneficial as parking can be a challenge to secure near the historic town.
Unfortunately, the pasta served at this establishment is not worth the lengthy wait time of 40 minutes.
We have been frequenting the Savina cafe on this beach for several years now, starting from 2018. However, today the owner informed us that despite our daily visits and spending money, we are not allowed to place our towel near the water on the beach. This is particularly disappointing as our 3-year-old child is only interested in playing by the water. Additionally, the owner has arranged the sunbeds in such a way that it is impossible to place our towel behind them. The beach itself is average and tends to be quite dirty during the season. Moreover, the access to the water is not cleaned during the off-season, despite our efforts to clean it ourselves. We even removed sharp stones from the water and came across a sharp piece of iron in the shallows, which is concerning considering that small children often play there. Instead of showing gratitude for our loyalty as regular customers of his cafe, the owner sends a young employee, who behaves rudely and informs us (likely under the boss's instructions) that we cannot place our towel near the water. It is truly disappointing to see individuals like this representing the hospitality industry. It is a shame to support someone who does not appreciate our patronage.
