Name: This beach is one of the best I've ever visited. The sand is incredibly soft and perfect for swimming. There are no facilities like toilets, showers, or lifeguards, but limited parking is not an issue. Surprisingly, the water is not as cold as other beaches in Connemara.

Uggool Beach

The proprietor was extremely rude. We wanted to visit Uggool beach, but the road appeared to be closed. There were signs, barriers, and a CCTV camera preventing access. Suddenly, this landowner showed up, and when we asked if we could visit the beach, he demanded 25€ for a guided tour of his farm. In the end, we turned the car around. It's a shame that people try to profit from public spaces. Nature *should* be accessible to everyone.
