Latest reviews on Santa Ursula's beaches

Maria Jimenez Beach

This place was really something special - it was my first time visiting a beach with black sand. The waves were huge - if you waded out about 5-6 meters, you'd be completely submerged. The sand was scorching hot, but it was a truly incredible experience.

Bollullo Beach
8 Miloš 112

This location was incredible - the dark sand and lack of tourists made it a truly special experience. Getting there was an adventure in itself, since the road was quite challenging to navigate with a car. Nevertheless, we had a great time!

Beach of the Castle (Garden Beach)

Perfect spot for a serene day. With its black sand and tranquil waters, it's sure to please. The temperature is just right for a dip in the ocean and the views are simply breathtaking. It's the ideal place to relax and unwind.

Playa El Apio

This hidden beach is a true gem, offering an incredible experience as you explore its lively tide pools. Observing crabs, shrimp, and fish is simply delightful, and the stunning sunset makes it even more magical. Make sure to wear your tennis shoes, as the descent is significant, but the climb back up is even more challenging 🥹.

Socorro Beach
6 Gerald Gerard

Alright, but good luck finding a parking spot - it's practically impossible.

Playa Los Patos
6 Arya Puskaric

Reaching this beach is quite the adventure! Although it can be a bit tricky to get to, Google Maps will direct you to the north end, but there is a bit of a hike to the parking lot. However, if you're up for a challenge, you can take the path that goes down right up from the beach. It's a steep and rocky descent, but totally doable. Once you make it down, you'll be rewarded with a stunning view. The black sand is so beautiful and there's hardly anyone around - it's like your own private paradise. The 30-minute trek is worth it for this incredible beach experience.
