This beach is a peaceful and beautiful spot with a few sandy beaches, a restaurant, and a couple of bars. Parking costs 1.50 euros per hour, but you can park for free in the residential area just a 10-minute walk away.
I recently visited the gorgeous bay near L'Escala at the end of July. It wasn't too busy, and there was plenty of parking.
Located in the middle of the bay of Rosas between Platja Nova and Platja Salatar, this beautiful beach with its fine sand is situated on the edge of the city center. It is somewhat shaded and relatively quiet, making it the perfect spot for a day at the beach. There are large playgrounds where you can play sports, and animals on leashes are allowed, although they are not permitted on the beach. When it's time to leave, there is a small store selling summer items, as well as cafes and restaurants with terraces for cooling off. There are also showers, toilets, and trash cans for convenience. Overall, this beach is a great spot for a day of fun!
A vast stretch of golden sand, with a lengthy and delightful boardwalk giving off a delightful blend of fragrances. Unfortunately, no four-legged friends allowed.
That place is far from perfect. The sand and water are here, but so are the salesmen with their sunglasses and other items. The view of the cities to the north and south is nice, but it's nothing spectacular. The cities light up at night, but it's hardly worth going out of your way to see.
