Latest reviews on Los Imbernones's beaches

Playa el Castillico

This beach is a great spot for the kiddos, with its calm waters and lack of current. The temperature of the lagoon is pleasantly warm, too. There's plenty of beach bars and shops around, and parking in the back streets is a breeze. No doubt, this is our favorite beach so far.

Playa de Santiago de La Ribera

I cannot express enough gratitude for the vets here. They go above and beyond what is expected of them and it is clear that they have a deep love for animals. They provided us with great care and support throughout my dog's illness and eventual passing at the age of 16, and I am certain that their treatment extended her life.

Playa la Puntica

This place bar is a great choice for anyone who is looking for a refreshing beverage at a reasonable cost. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the food, but the views from the upper floor are simply stunning.

Playa de la Llana

A secluded beach that is only busy during the summer and on sunny weekends. You have to arrive early to get a spot close to the shore. While some parts can be a bit grubby, it's worth venturing a bit further in to experience the clear waters and soft white sand. Highly recommended for athletes too, as there are some great cycling routes.

Playa Villananitos

Take a trip to the beach and get a free spa treatment! Collect mud from the lake and cover yourself in its healing properties. It's a great way to have a laugh and it's totally free. We visited out of season, so I can't comment on how crowded it would be during peak times, but it is definitely worth a visit.

Playa de Colon

The promenade is a great place to take a stroll in the evening, and there are a few bars where you can stop for a beer. It's mostly populated by locals, so you don't have to worry about the crowds of tourists bringing Coronavirus.
