This picturesque beach is undoubtedly one of my most treasured spots on the planet. I could easily spend the entire day basking in the sun and admiring the breathtaking sunset. What's more, my little ones are also enamored with this idyllic location.
This beach is an absolute delight that my daughters adored! The stunning scenery and soft, sandy texture make it an ideal spot for basking in the sun and building sandcastles. However, if you're planning on collecting seashells, this may not be the best option. Overall, it's a wonderful place to enjoy a day out with your loved ones.
This beach is truly a hidden gem! It's conveniently located and provides ample opportunities for exploration.
This secluded shoreline may require a bit of exploration, but it's definitely worth the effort. For optimal parking, head to the college campus located uphill to the North. While making your way down to the beach, keep in mind that certain parts of the path can become muddy during the winter months. Remember to bring a trash bag and a leash for your furry friend.
We had the pleasure of visiting Glass Beach during our road trip to Eureka, CA. The tide was high, which limited the amount of sandy shore available to us. Nevertheless, we managed to descend and stroll along the beach. It's a shame that there isn't as much sea glass as there once was, as it seems that many visitors have taken it. However, we still caught glimpses of some and spotted remnants of old metal pieces scattered about. It was an exceptional experience and definitely worth a visit!
Visited this beach in late September and was greeted with an average path leading towards it. However, the path disappears under the sand after a while, so it's crucial to keep track of your steps to avoid getting lost on your way back. The dunes are mostly covered in vegetation, but it's essential to be cautious while walking barefoot. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this beach as there are plenty of other options available along the coast.
