Pemaquid beach
8 Davian Rios

This midcoast gem boasts a stunning sandy beach, a rarity in the area. Though the new facilities are still in progress, the water is crystal clear and perfect for leisurely strolls. Parking is a breeze and there are no pesky entry fees to worry about. I highly recommend a visit to this idyllic spot.

Little Hunters beach

We were absolutely enamored by this beach, which was truly a hidden gem. Despite the bustling high season and throngs of people, we were able to enjoy the tranquil beauty of this beach all to ourselves for a significant portion of the two hours we spent there. The beach was comprised entirely of smooth rocks, but we came prepared with chairs and were able to bask in the soothing sounds of the waves crashing against the shore. It was truly a perfect experience.

Lamoine beach
10 Zack

The beach offers free parking and is not overly crowded. It consists of a mostly rocky shoreline with a few sandy areas. The majority of the rocks are smooth, and although I didn't come across many shells or sea glass, the water is incredibly clear. I highly recommend this beach and will definitely return in the future!

Hunters Beach

This beach, adorned with rocks, may go unnoticed as you traverse the rough coastline. It's situated near Park Loop Road, as you make your way back towards Jordon Pond. Parking may be limited, but the stroll down to the beach is effortless, or you can choose to stay atop the cliff and take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the beach below.
