The shoreline is absolutely stunning, with the water displaying a mesmerizing shade of emerald green. However, it has a more laid-back atmosphere in contrast to the bustling surf city and topsail beaches. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the beach leaves something to be desired, with cigarette butts and some scattered litter marring the otherwise picturesque scenery.
The beach offers excellent access for families, which is great. Although it requires a bit of effort to reach due to the uphill hike, the presence of decent parking and bathrooms is always appreciated.
This beach is absolutely stunning, perfect for immersing yourself in the beauty of the ocean. Whether you want to unwind, collect seashells, or go fishing, this is the ideal spot. However, please note that swimming is not allowed.
We stumbled upon an incredibly remarkable discovery. There's a small parking lot that can accommodate around 10 cars, but unfortunately, larger vehicles won't fit. A short stroll of approximately 200 feet leads to this breathtaking beach, which surprisingly has very few visitors. It feels like a surreal dream, even on a Saturday afternoon in early May. We're already planning our next visit!"
