Serene Hotel Beach

Our family of 7 adults and 1 toddler had a fantastic holiday at Paradise Cove. The rooms were excellent, with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. Located right above the peaceful cove, we had fun using the boogie boards provided to ride the small waves. The pool was a refreshing retreat on hot days. There was plenty of seating with sun loungers, dining tables, and two separate seating areas. The standout feature was the exceptional staff; they were friendly, efficient, and catered to all our needs, including serving high-quality meals. It was a perfect place to make unforgettable memories.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Paradise Cove. The staff, including Kristy, Ravi, and Payphum, prepared delicious meals, were friendly and accommodating, and even engaged with our children. Although some reviews mention that the villa may seem a bit dated, the main draw of this rental is the stunning views and beautiful beach. We spent a full day unwinding, reading, and enjoying the sand and waves. If you're looking for a secluded getaway in nature, this is the perfect spot for you!

If you're in search of a peaceful villa for a small group with a private beach, this is the place to be! We stayed here for NYE two weeks ago and absolutely loved it. The villa is cozy, clean, and tranquil, with an incredible view from the living area. You can relax, read a book, or play board games, or if you're in the mood for a more lively atmosphere, you can head to the nearby Hiriketiya stretch just a few minutes away. It's the best of both worlds. My favorite part was the pristine beach, perfect for children, and the refreshing pool to cool off in. The staff was exceptional, providing top-notch Sri Lankan hospitality. This place is simply perfect.

Took my team to this beach for our annual trip last weekend and we all had a fantastic time! The place exceeded our expectations - it was clean, peaceful, and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the chef cooked delicious meals that we couldn't get enough of, especially breakfast. The villa we stayed in was secluded and had access to one of the cleanest beach fronts I've ever seen. We will definitely be returning to this beach in the future.

The villa is definitely not worth the money for several reasons. Firstly, it is much older than it appears in the photos, with skewed doors, rusty fittings, and plumbing in poor condition. The pool boards are rotten, glass roofs are filthy, and wooden mats are covered in mold. The rooms are also very dark, especially on the first floor where there is an unpleasant smell and even rats present. Furthermore, the beach is littered with garbage and plastic bottles, and overrun with unhealthy and flea-ridden dogs. Despite the villa itself being relatively clean, the beach is not a pleasant place to relax. While the staff is friendly, they are not very helpful when it comes to addressing issues. For example, when there was no hot water for two days, the manager blamed it on the lack of sun for the solar batteries. Additionally, the staff lacks respect for guests' privacy, constantly walking around or sitting in the living room without giving guests space to relax. Overall, the villa falls short of expectations and is not a recommended place to stay.
