This hotel is ideal for business travelers, but not particularly suited for vacationers. My room was nice and clean, and the food was fine, though it became a bit monotonous after the third day. The location is quiet and away from tourist spots, ensuring a good night's sleep. My experience with the staff was mixed; while they were friendly, communication was a challenge. Despite trying three different languages, I couldn't get a proper invoice early in the morning.

One of the worst 5-star hotels I've ever stayed at. They claim to be the best with top-notch resources, but it was a huge disappointment. The so-called private beach is poorly equipped, with very few chaise longues that are far from the sea. There are no lifeguards, and outsiders also use the "private" beach. Contrary to their claims, there is no bar or refreshments by the sea. The second beach has a snack bar that only serves chicken nuggets and chips, which run out quickly, and you have to constantly ask the staff to restock. They advertise water activities, but apparently, they no longer offer them. The food is subpar, and while the room cleanliness is decent, everything is outdated with poor lighting. The beds are extremely hard. The hotel is definitely not worth the high price they charge. In the evenings, there are only activities for children, and later on, just concerts with no adult activities. The bar staff don't know how to make cocktails and have to look up recipes online, resulting in terrible drinks. The place is incredibly boring, and the disco is practically non-existent. TERRIBLE!

I would like to share my honest opinion about my stay at the Ulu Resort Hotel. I want to extend my gratitude to all the staff, who were very helpful and provided professional service throughout our stay. The rooms were cleaned daily, the front desk receptionists were informative and welcoming, and the waiters were polite and approachable. Both the pool and the beach were enjoyable during the day. However, the entertainment was disappointing. There were a few activities by the pool, but they seemed to be done just for the sake of it. The team lacked energy and vibrancy, which affected our mood. The hotel entertainment team appeared arrogant and detached, casually drinking alcohol and smoking shisha with guests in the evening, which I found very unprofessional.

This is one of the worst 5-star resort hotels I have ever visited. Although it is advertised as an all-inclusive hotel, nearly everything costs extra, including ping pong and pool 🎱, which you can only play for an hour. The beach is rocky and the water is not appealing. All activities end at 19:00, leaving you with nothing to do until the next day unless you are willing to spend a lot of money on pool 🎱 and ping pong. The food is of very poor quality, with nothing fresh and the soup made from instant mixes. The swimming pools are overly chlorinated and the water is not cleaned properly; they just keep adding more chlorine.

This was our second visit to Ulu Resort. Last year, we rated it 5 stars. However, this year we were disappointed that our family room (4 adults and a baby) wasn't serviced at all during our 2-night stay, despite requesting it 3 times and it being a standard service. Eventually, we did receive clean towels, but that was all. On a positive note, we felt the food had improved compared to last year, so no complaints there. The resort itself remains very pleasant, offering a variety of pools, two sandy beaches, and one pebble beach. The views from the massive balcony are lovely.
