The beach experience comes at a high cost, with blaring music that can be overwhelming at times. The cocktails served here are not up to par and may leave you feeling disappointed.

4 Frustrating

I was taken aback when I was quoted a staggering 1200 TL for a sun bed on this petite beach. It was beyond belief and seemed like an overstatement. However, I refused to be disheartened and opted for a nearby public beach which was equally splendid, just a few kilometers away. The experience was delightful and I couldn't have been happier with my decision.

For a whopping 1200tl per person, you get the privilege of lounging on a cramped beach that's hemmed in by boats in a buzzing marina. Don't expect to be surrounded by the soothing sights and sounds of nature, because this place is anything but serene. It's a shame that Göcek couldn't manage to come up with a decent beach. I made the mistake of not doing my homework before booking our villa at Portville, assuming that we could easily find a nearby paid beach. But boy, was I in for a rude awakening! If you're looking for some peace and quiet, you're better off driving 15 minutes to Gunluklu beach. It's got plenty of space, privacy, and crystal-clear waters that are just as turquoise as the ones here - minus the exorbitant price tag.
